Construction:
Both chamber back palt ring and steam generator are made

Single Point Control:
All stages of the sterilizing cycleare obtained by the operation
of multiport control valve making the sterilization simple namely

Double Safety:
Two safety value are provided (i) spring loaded valve as a safe

Steam Deflector :
The steam enters the chamber through a special device which
deflects it in all directions thus avoiding any air pocket.
Plug Screen:
Fitted in the chamber to prevent the discharge line from
clogging the plug is easily removeable for cleaning.
Dial Therometer:
Indicates the actual pressure of steam in the jacket and
compound gauge  indicates the pressure of vaccum in the
chamber.
Vaccum Breaker Valve:
Prevent formation of accidental vacuum in the jacket due to steam condensation.
Steam Trap And Swing Check Valve:
Fitted in to discharge line for automatic removal of residual air and condensate thus assuring complete air elimination form the chamber so essential to give optimum sterilization tempature.
Steam Generator (Boiler) and Electrical Control Box:
The sterilzer is fitted with cylindricla boiler made entirely of stainless steel stem generated by means of immersion type heaters 3 Nos working on three pahse 400/440 volts 50 cycles AC Supply the steam boiler is further fitted with a water level cut out to protect heaters form low water level guage glass tube to indicate level of water in boiler which is capabel of self locking in case of accidental breakage.
