· A Mini Vertical Electrophoresis System is a compact laboratory instrument used to separate molecules, primarily proteins, based on their size        and charge using an electric field.

· It's designed to run a small number of gels, typically hand cast or precast, and is commonly used for protein characterization, molecular biology,    and biotechnology applications. 

 This mechanism is suitable for leakage test I medicine strips and sachet of tablets, capsules or powders.
CONSTRUCTION : The unit is made of 304 grade stainless Steel sheet provided with vacuum dessicator oil free vacuum pump, vacuum guage with stopcock and timer switch.

   A Printed paper with design is fixed on a metal plate. 

· This plate is manipulated in X_Y plane i.e. front back and left right direction by two handles. 

·  A spring-loaded pencil fied to a bracket traces on the design when the metal plate is manipulated.

DNA fingerprinting is one of the strongest forms of evidence in forensic investigations. 
In this activity students will perform agarose gel electrophoresis on four DNA samples to determine if DNA from suspects matches that of DNA found at a crime scene.

ROTA ROD is the instrument meant for studying the effect of on the muscle grip strength of mice.
